All items must be returned within 30 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or in our Fayetteville, AR storefront.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@trustonline.info within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

 

LOST PACKAGES
USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to $8 Priority shipping at check out. Trustonline.info is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Please email hello@trustonline.info for assistance in filing an insurance claim on USPS.gov.

We’re flexible! You can ship your item back to us, or bring it back to the Fayetteville storefront, whichever makes it as painless as possible for you!

Returns brought to the store or postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, according to the USPS.com tracking information provided at the time of shipment, are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment minus a $5 restocking fee OR the full amount of the purchase in store credit. Store Credit never expires. We get over 100 new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

Returns brought to the store or postmarked back to us within 8-21 calendar days of delivery date, according to the USPS.com tracking information provided at the time of shipment, are eligible for the full amount of the purchase in store credit only.

WHY A RESTOCKING FEE?

As a small business we have implemented a restocking fee. Returns require a lot of labor and our packaging costs are completely lost in the process. Please know that restocking fees are not a profit center for us and even with the fee we still have loss on the overall order. The fee is simply to help us recover a portion of the expense incurred for original packaging and our return process in our headquarters. We do this because we LOVE being able to offer you FREE SHIPPING on all order from trustonline.info!

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you! Before you wear your item, please be sure to thoroughly check that it is free of damages! If it isn’t, please email a picture of the damage to hello@trustonline.info. All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. This is so that we can connect with the vendor to try to amend the issue. After the damage is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid return label. Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 14 days. 

After the item has been worn, it’s yours for good! Trustonline.info is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and YOU, our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.

 

MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing hello@trustonline.info with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 14 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item.

 

EXCHANGES:

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can either:

  • Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 7 days) for a refund.
  • Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like once store credit is issued.

     

    HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

    All purchases made between 11/23/17 and 12/24/17 must be postmarked by you on or before January 10th to be returned. Holiday returns within the 7 day purchase date will have the option for store credit or refund. Holiday returns past the 7 day purchase date but before 1/10/18 will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).

     

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

    Should an item on the site be marked down after you have purchased, please contact us at hello@trustonline.info within 14 days from the order date for a one-time price adjustment. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.

     

    *If more than $800 of returns are made within a calendar year, all returns moving forward will be deducted an additional 20%. Before ordering multiple sizes of one item, please ask us so we can try and help you with the fit. You can always reach out to us before ordering with any questions you may have.
